Working as chief of subdivision I am providing organization of extraction of nepheline ore in necessary quality and quantity, its crushing, loading in railroad cars and sending off to Аchinskiy aluminous industrial complex. I am keeping up the life support of mining-getters’ settlement with the help of the work of boiler-house and GPP, I am providing support of highways of general-purpose, I am working out prospective and yearly plans of the fulfillment of production programs, I am coordinating the work of my subdivision and adjacent structures, I am governing the workshop’s stuff (reached productivity of the open pit is 10 million ms a year according to mining mass). The number of the stuff is 460 people (before restructuring)

I was providing safe and effective conditions of production by extraction of granite and production of crushed stone. I was coordinating all stages of work in company, making budget plans and controlling their realization. I was controlling the compliance of legislation of RF. I was taking part in investing of company. I have worked with the staff (selection, training, attitude development). During my work the arrangements for loading to freight ships were built and the dead-end track was put into operation.

During my work as a chief of the workshop the following was provided:
- rise of using coefficient of the main equipments due to timely and qualitative repairs and time-lowering of unregulated stoppages up 69% to 85%;
- costs for extraction of ore are reduced in 5 % compare with the last year;
- working capital for the repair works and technical services of the basic subdivision’s reserves is reduced in 3 % compare with the last year;
- the planned investment actions and the program of costs lowering in 100 % are fulfilled.

The program of quality stabilization of nepheline ore is realized.

8 proposals in system of costs lowering and increasing the efficiency of production were worked out by me; one of them is “Organization of filling of the 7th dump”.
The economic result of the using of the proposal was 750 thousand $.

I was reward with the diploma of “Ministry of Industry” for success in work in 2002 and I was given a medal for great services in Kuzbas in 2008.
