Development of the West Qurna-2 oil field (the 2nd phase). Expansion of the existing gas turbine power plant (installation of three new GTU with a total capacity of 120 MW), construction of an overhead power line, a new fuel gas sweetening unit.
Main responsibilities:
supervision of contractor’s activities on behalf of the field Operator (LUKOIL Mid-East Ltd) during preliminary design and general construction works:
- participation in the preparation of documentation for preliminary design (Pre-FEED, FEED);
- participation in the selection process of contractors for design and construction works;
- review of documentation received from contractors;
-participation in online meetings and teleconferences on design and construction issues;
- handover of the site to the contractor;
- control of work performance.

Construction of the liquified natural gas (LNG) plant located on the Yamal Peninsula in the Russian Arctic (Yamal LNG project).
Main responsibilities:
- quality control of subcontractors (approx. staff – 150 pers.) during performing monolithic foundations for modular installations of LNG plant process lines, high-capacity compressor units foundations (including concreting by sliding formwork under the guidance of specialists of Gleitbau, Austria), underground basins of emergency LNG spills and other monolithic structures (the whole cycle of work, starting with piles and ending with the handover of ready-made foundations for the installation of metal structures and equipment);
- checking and approving of the Method Statements (WMS) submitted by the subcontractors, ensuring their correct application in the field;
- checking of as-built documentation, signing of requests for inspection (RFI) the acts of examination of the hidden works;
- monitoring of the implementation of the approved construction schedule;
- ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the company at the construction site;
- daily and weekly reporting to management about work performance.

Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP-12), Moscow. Construction (EPC contract) of a new combined cycle unit 220 megawatt. The project included the construction of more than 60 buildings and structures of different complexity (total cost is more than 500 mln US$).
Main responsibilities:
- control of subcontractor’s work on site (earthworks, piling, concrete works, erection of steel structures, installation of buildings and structures, insulation works, fire protection and corrosion protection), including quality control of materials;
- monitoring of performance and updating of subcontractors` production schedules and the human resources allocation;
- acceptance for payment and accounting of completed works of subcontractors;
- monitoring of subcontractors` as-built documentation, checking of its correctness, submission to the Client;
- checking the method statements (WMS) of subcontractors;
- checking and approval subcontractors` commercial offers for compliance with project requirements and the actual scopes of works;
- participation in the review and approval of design changes, replacement of materials, products, structures (if required);
- regular reporting to management about actual progress of work.

Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP-26), Moscow. Construction (EPC contract) of a new combined-cycle unit 420 MW. The project was carried out by EMAlliance in consortium with ALSTOM (Switzerland).
Construction supervision of subcontractors' activity on site (finishing works, insulation works, fire protection and corrosion protection of buildings, equipment and pipelines):
- control implementation of contractual obligations by subcontractors;
- quality control of works and materials;
- participation in inspections of the state supervision on the construction site;
- detection and control of defect correction in the design documentation, coordination of changes with design organizations and the Client;
- checking and signing of as-built documentation;
- acceptance and registration of the completed works;
- reporting to management on the progress of works.

Surgut Condensate Stabilization Plant. Organization and control of civil works (earthwork, concrete works, erection of steel structures, insulation works, fire protection and corrosion protection) on the territory of the operating enterprise during planned repairs and reconstructions of production:
- searching for tenders, preparation of documentation and participation in tenders of Gazprom;
- choosing of works technology, preparation of production schedules, calculation of required manpower, materials, equipment, choice of suppliers, delivery control;
- preparation of all required documents, obtaining the permission for beginning the work;
- monitoring all production process, including quality and safety control of work on site;
- management of the Department (5 specialists under supervision).

Tomsk Petrochemical Plant (Tomsk), Booster Compressor Stations of main gas pipelines (Tyumen region).
Control of civil work (earthwork, concrete works, erection of steel structures, insulation works, fire protection and corrosion protection) on the territory of the operating enterprise:
- organization of production process on-site;
- control the duration and the quality of works;
- control the safety of work;
- registration of the completed work, control of materials usage.

Organization and control of the production of precast concrete structures for housing and industrial construction:
- ensuring the implementation of the production plan by team concerning the volumes and product assortment;
- continuous controlling of quality of all processes, observance of the technology of production, the correctness of products storage, compliance with safety standards;
- logging of the hidden works;
- detection and control of the causes of defects and disruptions of production schedule;
- submission of completed products to the QC department, dispatch to the warehouse, accounting and maintenance of cumulative records;
- participation in daily operational meetings, reports to the management.
